Overview of offered variants
Materials made of expanded or restructured PTFE of the POWERflon series ensure high chemical resistance by suppressing cold flow under load compared to conventional sintered PTFE. They are mainly used in the food industry.

Powerflon 10 Blue
Sealing plate made of restructured 100% "virgin" PTFE reinforced with hollow glass microspheres against cold flow.
- Suitable for glass, enamel, ceramic, plastic and otherwise brittle or damaged flanges.
- For a wide range of aggressive media including hydrocarbons, acids, caustics, solvents, water, steam, hydrogen peroxide, refrigerants, etc.
Powerflon 20 Pink
Sealing plate made of restructured 100% "virgin" PTFE reinforced with silica filler against cold flow.
- Suitable for steel and stainless steel flanges, heat exchangers.
- For high pressures and temperatures.
- For hydrocarbons, strong acids (except hydrofluoric), thinners, water, steam, chlorine.
- Use in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Powerflon 30 white
Sealing plate made of restructured 100% "virgin" PTFE reinforced with selected inert fillers against cold flow.
- Suitable for steel and stainless steel flanges, heat exchangers.
- Use in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Powerflon BG-S
Sealing plate made of multidirectionally oriented expanded 100% "virgin" PTFE. Same resistance to cold creep in all directions. Only the thickness changes under load (width and length do not change).
- Suitable for brittle or damaged flanges with uneven surfaces.
