Calculations of tightening torques with proof of tightness according to EN 1591-1

Experienced experts from the Flange Management division work with a certified program for calculating tightening torques. N avrhují optimal solution tightness a flanged joints. Subsequent controlled tightening is performed by our trained assembly workers (trained according to EN 1591-4) from the Torque Service group .

Experience with sealing

Thanks to more than 25 years of development , production of seals and close cooperation with experts, we have detailed information about seal materials. We use our many years of experience and practice in the production and delivery of seals made of materials with the best properties and a suitable tightness class for a given flange joint.

We also develop our own types of seals - for example POWERgasket for non-parallel surfaces, which is protected by an industrial design. We cooperate with experts from universities and with experts dealing with sealing testing. We offer cooperation with design and construction offices.
