Sealing Elements for Various Types of Valves

We supply sealing elements in various designs for ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, and other types of fittings. These include graphite packing rings, ball valve seats, and CLAMP gaskets. Packing cords from POWERpack can also be used for the packing chambers of fittings.

We Supply Sealing Elements for Fittings

• Pressed Rings Made of Expanded Graphite – manufactured from graphite foil with a purity of 98% C (industrial grade) or 99.85% C (nuclear grade). Operating temperature −200 to 650 °C and pressure 1 to 500 bar. They are used, for example, for sealing valve spindles.
• Ball Valve Seats – machined PTFE seats made according to customer specifications.
• Pre-formed Rings – sets of packing rings for pumps and fittings.
• CLAMP Gaskets – for connecting stainless steel fittings and joining stainless steel pipes.
• Butterfly Valve Seat Seals – standardly supplied in silicone, with other material variants available upon request.
• Water-Heating Seals – asbestos-free seals made from POWERgasket 100 material for plumbing and heating fittings.
• Food-Grade Perbunan Seals – replacement seals for food industry connections.
