Every order undergoes quality control to ensure the reliability of each piece. We also perform an enhanced level of inspection according to requirements.
We ensure production on stock and deliveries exactly according to your schedule. Optimize costs and inventory levels. We help partners minimize inventory, shorten delivery times, and increase operational predictability. We offer delivery planning in weekly and monthly cycles, with the possibility of adjustments according to current needs.

Thanks to our advanced machinery, we can ensure high accuracy, repeatability and efficient production times across different seal types and materials.
We have 4 plotters for the production of drawing and dimensional seals.
For large batches of tens or hundreds of thousands of pieces we use a CNC progressive press.
For medium-sized series we use CNC bridge presses.
For small batches we use mechanical presses.

We keep a wide range of our own materials in stock, which we will recommend based on your application. We also process materials supplied by the customer or ensure another specific type according to requirements.
