Rubber-cork sheets for gasket production

Rubber-cork sheets combine cork with an elastomeric binder. Due to their compressibility, they adapt to the unevenness of sealing surfaces and are used for the production of flat gaskets, especially where surface irregularities need to be compensated.

The suitability of the material depends on the sealed medium, operating temperature, and the specific conditions of the joint.

We supply POWERcork rubber-cork sheets

• POWERcork 20 – a material made of cork and NBR elastomer, which adapts to the unevenness of sealing surfaces due to its compressibility. Suitable for use with mineral, natural ester, and silicone oils.
