How Vulcanization Works

We perform hot vulcanization of rubber profiles using mobile equipment. The technology creates strong and flexible joints resistant to pressure, temperature, and chemicals – ideal for large sleeves, seals, and profiles.

Precise and Durable Joints

During hot vulcanization, a chemical bond is formed between the rubber parts. The resulting joint is homogeneous, meaning it is equally strong, tight, and flexible as the original material. It withstands pressure, temperature, and chemicals.

Materials

  • EPDM (rubber) – resistant to water, UV radiation, and weathering
  • VMQ (silicone) – temperature resistance up to 250 °C
