Powergraf 1 Premium
Reinforced with glued smooth Ni foil th. 0.013 mm (material: 2.4066).
- For low and medium pressures.
- Easy to cut, cut and die cut.
- It resists cyclical temperature changes.
Powergraf 3 Premium
Reinforced with tongue-and-groove perforated sheet metal th. 0.1 mm (material: AISI 316), which increases the resistance to specific pressures on the flange and the resistance to blowing.
- For medium and higher pressures.
Powergraf 4 Premium
Reinforced with glued stainless steel foil. steel th. 0.05 mm (material: AISI 316).
- For low and medium pressures.
- Also suitable for fragile flanges.
- For joints with small required seal thickness.
- Easy to cut, cut and die cut.
Powergraf 5 Premium
Reinforced with expanded stainless steel. sheet metal th. 0.1 mm (material: AISI 316L, 700 g / m2). Ideal seal for large pressure changes - steam pipes. Thanks to the expanded sheet metal, the highest pressure resistance and resilience.
- For medium and especially higher pressures.
Powergraf 6 Premium
Homogeneous film made of flexible graphite, coated on both sides with a polymer film 0.01 mm thick, which increases the handling strength and durability. The material withstands the load caused by tightening the flange joint well.
Powergraf HP
Multilayer sealing material made of expanded graphite with a very low oxidation value. The sealing plate is reinforced with a large number of inserts made of stainless steel tongue-perforated sheet metal without the use of adhesives.
- For higher pressures and temperatures
