Zinc acetate (aqueous solution) is a colourless liquid with a strong odour. It is used as a corrosion inhibitor, fungicide and wood preservative. Its antiseptic properties are used in the chemical and construction industries. This solution is also used in the textile industry and in water treatment plants.
