Sodium Sulfate Decahydrate
Glauber's salt or sodium sulfate decahydrate is a white crystalline compound. It is used in detergents, textile dyeing, papermaking, and as a raw material for other chemicals. In the past it was used as a laxative. However, it should be used with caution because overexposure can be harmful.
