Reinforced with bonded smooth Ni foil 0.013 mm thick (material: 2.4066). For low and medium pressures.
Reinforced with 0.1 mm thick perforated reed plate (material: AISI 316). For medium and higher pressures.
Reinforced with 0,05 mm thick stainless steel foil (material: AISI 316). For low and medium pressures.
Reinforced with expanded stainless steel sheet 0.1 mm thick (material: AISI 316L, 700 g/m²). Ideal seal for large pressure changes.

Multilayer sealant made of expanded graphite with very low oxidation value. The sealing plate is reinforced with a large number of stainless steel reed perforated sheet inserts without the use of adhesives. Suitable for higher pressures and temperatures.
Available plate thicknesses: 1.5 - 2.0 - 3.0 mm
