Pyrroline - Chemical resistance

Pyrroline is an organic compound belonging to the class of amines. It has a distinctive smell and plays a role in the formation of the characteristic aromas of some foods and plants. It is a cyclic amine with one carbon atom in the structure. Pyrroline is involved in the formation of aromatic compounds and alkaloids. In the food industry it is used to accentuate specific aromas, for example in baked goods or coffee. It is also important in biochemistry and organic synthesis, where it is used in the formation of complex organic molecules.
