Horizontal Single-Stage Pumps According to EN 733

NKM-G pumps utilize a single-stage centrifugal design with a cast iron volute casing and a closed, dynamically balanced impeller. They are intended for pumping water and liquids with similar properties that do not contain solid or abrasive particles and are not chemically aggressive.

The standard version includes a cast iron impeller, a shaft made of corrosion-resistant steel AISI 304, and a mechanical seal with a sealing pair of carbon and silicon carbide with an EPDM elastomer.

The pumps are equipped with a four-pole asynchronous electric motor with external cooling, an IP55 protection rating, and an insulation class of F. The temperature range of the pumped liquid is −10 to +140 °C. They are typically installed horizontally, but vertical arrangement is also permissible provided that the motor remains above the pump.

The NKM-G series includes eight size variants that differ in connection dimensions, hydraulic parameters, and motor power:

• NKM-G 65 – discharge connection DN 65.
• NKM-G 80 – discharge connection DN 80.
• NKM-G 100 – discharge connection DN 100.
• NKM-G 125 – discharge connection DN 125.
• NKM-G 150 – discharge connection DN 150.

NKM-G pumps have a flange connection PN 16, except for the NKM-G 150 size, which has PN 10 flanges. The selection of a specific version is based on the required flow rate, head, properties of the pumped liquid, and operating conditions.
