Horizontal Single-Stage Pumps According to EN 733

The NKP-G pumps utilize a single-stage centrifugal design with a cast iron spiral casing and a closed, dynamically balanced impeller. They are intended for pumping water and liquids with similar properties that do not contain solid or abrasive particles and are not chemically aggressive.

The standard version includes a cast iron impeller, a shaft made of stainless steel AISI 304, and a mechanical seal with a sealing pair of carbon and silicon carbide with an EPDM elastomer.

The pumps are equipped with a two-pole asynchronous electric motor with external cooling, an IP55 protection rating, and class F insulation. The temperature range of the pumped liquid is −10 to +140 °C. They are typically installed horizontally, but vertical arrangements are also permissible as long as the motor remains above the pump.

The NKP-G series includes five size variants that differ in connection dimensions, hydraulic parameters, and motor power:

• NKP-G 32 – discharge connection DN 32.
• NKP-G 40 – discharge connection DN 40.

• NKP-G 65 – discharge connection DN 65.
• NKP-G 80 – discharge connection DN 80.

The above pumps are equipped with a flange connection PN 16. The selection of a specific variant is based on the required flow rate, head, properties of the pumped liquid, and operating conditions.
