Vertical Multistage Pumps for Industrial Applications

These are non-self-priming centrifugal pumps in a vertical in-line design with the suction and discharge ports aligned on the same axis. The multistage construction allows for achieving higher delivery heads under various flow requirements. They are particularly used in pressure stations, industrial installations, and water supply systems.

The impellers, diffusers, shaft, outer casing, and intermediate chambers are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The suction and discharge body and the upper part of the pump are made of high-strength cast iron. The mechanical seal in a cartridge design allows for replacement without disassembling the hydraulic part of the pump.

The specific design is chosen according to the required flow rate, delivery height, temperature, and properties of the pumped medium.

The above pumps have flange connections in DIN design. The specific delivery height and motor power depend on the chosen model and the number of hydraulic stages. The required operating point and operating conditions are crucial for selecting the appropriate pump.
