V-NOX Pumps

The vertical multistage centrifugal pumps of the V-NOX series from SACI Pumps are designed for pressure systems and fire-fighting equipment in industrial and other operations. They are characterized by quiet operation and the ability to be regulated using a frequency converter. The range includes two size series with a flow rate of up to 21 m³/h and a pumped water temperature of up to 45 °C.

Vertical Multistage Pumps with Quiet Operation

The V-NOX pumps utilize a multistage centrifugal design that allows for higher delivery heights. Both the suction and discharge ports are located on the same side of the pump. The design is intended for pressure systems, including installations using frequency converters for operation regulation.

The impellers and pump body are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the shaft is made of AISI 431 steel, and the diffusers are made of glass-fiber reinforced technopolymer. The cast iron suction and discharge parts (GG-20) have both internal and external anti-corrosion treatment. The mechanical seal contains ceramic, graphite, and AISI 304 stainless steel.

The pumps are equipped with an asynchronous motor designed for continuous operation, with an IP55 protection rating and F insulation class. The selection of a specific version depends on the required flow rate, delivery height, and operating conditions.

The V-NOX series includes two size variants that differ in hydraulic parameters and motor power range:

The above pumps have a suction connection DN 40 and a discharge connection DN 32. The specific operating point is determined based on the required flow rate and delivery height using the pump's characteristic curve.

Where are V-NOX pumps used?

V-NOX pumps are designed for pressure and fire pumping systems in industrial and other operations. Their construction allows operation with frequency converters, which serve to regulate the motor speed according to the system's requirements.

What is the difference between V-NOX 300 and V-NOX 400 pumps?

The main difference lies in the hydraulic parameters. The V-NOX 300 series achieves a flow rate of up to 11 m³/h and a head of up to 124 m. The V-NOX 400 series achieves a flow rate of up to 21 m³/h and a head of up to 76 m. The choice depends on the desired operating point.

What connections do V-NOX pumps have?

Both series are equipped with a suction flange DN 40 and a discharge flange DN 32. Both the suction and discharge ports are located on the same side of the pump.
