Ammonium Hydrogen Difluoride
Ammonium hydrogen difluoride (also ammonium bifluoride) is a white crystalline solid that is highly soluble in water and forms a strongly acidic solution when dissolved in water. Ammonium bifluoride is used in a number of industrial and commercial applications, including as a cleaning agent, a flux for soldering and a component of etching solutions. Ammonium Bifluoride is a corrosive and toxic substance that can be harmful if ingested or inhaled.
