Submersible Pumps with Open Single-Channel Impeller

Monocanal pumps are equipped with an open single-channel impeller made of GG25 cast iron with an integrated cutting edge for pumping liquids containing fibrous impurities and solid particles in suspension. The pump body and main structural components are made of GG25 cast iron, and the shaft is made of AISI 420 stainless steel.

The design includes two separate mechanical seals. The seal on the motor side operates in an oil chamber, while the seal on the impeller side is in contact with the pumped liquid. Standard equipment includes a liquid intrusion detector and thermal protection for the motor windings.

The pumps have an IP68 rating and a maximum immersion depth of 20 m. The standard versions are designed for liquids with temperatures up to 40 °C and a pH value from 6 to 10. They are used in wastewater treatment plants, sewage pumping stations, industrial operations, and agriculture.

The Monocanal series includes two-pole and four-pole designs with discharge connections from DN 65 to DN 150. The individual product groups differ mainly in motor power, flow rate, head height, and solid particle passage.

• Monocanal 65/2 – two-pole design with DN 65 connection, motor power of 1.5–4.2 kW, maximum flow rate of 58 m³/h, and head height up to 23 m. The solid particle passage is 40 or 45 mm depending on the variant.
• Monocanal 80/2 – two-pole design with DN 80 connection, motor power of 5.5–30 kW, maximum flow rate of 158 m³/h, and head height up to 63 m.
• Monocanal 80/4 – four-pole design with DN 80 connection, motor power of 1.5–3 kW, maximum flow rate of 126 m³/h, and head height up to 14.5 m. The solid particle passage is 75 mm.
• Monocanal 100/4 – four-pole design with DN 100 connection, motor power of 1.7–5.5 kW, maximum flow rate of 166 m³/h, and head height up to 19 m. The solid particle passage is 75 or 90 mm depending on the variant.
• Monocanal 150/4 – four-pole design with DN 150 connection, motor power of 5.8–16 kW, maximum flow rate of 281 m³/h, and head height up to 32.5 m. The solid particle passage is 80 to 100 mm depending on the variant.

Two-pole designs operate at 2,850 rpm, while four-pole designs operate at 1,450 rpm. The specific model must be chosen according to the required operating point, properties of the pumped liquid, and installation conditions.
