XVN-F 1 is the smallest model in the XVN-F range featuring hydraulics made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel—a chemically resistant design for aggressive media. The DN 25 flange and flow rate of up to 2.4 m³/h (40 l/min), along with six configurations based on the number of stages (7 to 40), cover heads from 15 m to 237 m.
With motors rated at 0.37–2.2 kW, the XVN-F 1 is designed for applications involving low flow rates, but high pressure and aggressive media—reverse osmosis, saltwater treatment, dilute acids, and industrial processes using chemically demanding liquids. Power supply: 230/400 V three-phase.
The impellers, diffusers, shaft, outer casing, and suction foot are made of AISI 316. The upper body is made of high-strength cast iron and does not come into contact with the pumped medium. Operating pressure up to 25 bar, medium temperature -15 °C to +120 °C.

XVN-F has hydraulic components made entirely of AISI 316, which resists chlorides, diluted acids and saltwater. XV-F has hydraulic components made of AISI 304, which is sufficient for drinking water and common fluids. Choose XVN-F for aggressive liquids and XV-F for standard applications.
For aggressive fluids: saltwater, brackish water, diluted acids, demineralized water, chemical solutions and liquids with a higher chloride content. The fluid must not contain solid or abrasive particles.
Yes, AISI 316 meets the requirements for contact with drinking water without any issues. However, for standard drinking water, the XV-F 5 (AISI 304) is more economical.
