Standardized single-stage pump to DIN-EN 733, mounted on a baseplate with a flexible coupling. DN 100 discharge / DN 125 suction. 2-pole. 3 casing sizes, with motor options up to 55 kW. GG25 cast iron, AISI 420 shaft.
KDN 100 (2 900 rpm) is a standardized horizontal single-stage pump in accordance with DIN-EN 733, supplied mounted on a baseplate with a flexible coupling. The nominal diameter of the discharge connection is DN 100, and that of the suction connection is DN 125. Flange connection PN 16 in accordance with DIN 2533.
The volute casing is made of GG25 cast iron (UNI ISO 185), and the shaft is made of AISI 420 stainless steel. The impeller is made of GG25 cast iron and dynamically balanced. Standard mechanical seal: carbon/silicon carbide, with Viton O-rings, in accordance with DIN 24960. Gland packing (PTFE-impregnated ramie) available on request.
Available as a hydraulic section / wet end (bare shaft), a pump on a baseplate without a motor, or a complete assembly with motor. Casing sizes 200 and 250 are available with a 2-pole motor. Fluid temperature -10 °C to +140 °C, max. operating pressure 16 bar.
KDN 100 (2 900 rpm) is a large industrial pump with motors up to 55 kW — significantly more powerful than the enbloc NKM-G 100 (max. 22 kW). It also offers a 2-pole configuration, which is not available in the enbloc range for DN 100.

The KDN 100 (2 900 rpm) offers motors up to 55 kW (the NKM-G 100 maxes out at 22 kW), a 2-pole version (the NKM-G 100 is available only in 4P) and easy maintenance thanks to its baseplate. The KDN also features an AISI 420 shaft and Viton seals.
KDN pumps come with a 24-month warranty.
