Product description

NKP-G 32 is a standardized horizontal single-stage pump in accordance with DIN-EN 733, in a monobloc design with a 2-pole motor (2 900 rpm). Nominal discharge nozzle diameter DN 32, suction nozzle diameter DN 50. Flange connection PN 16 in accordance with DIN 2533.

Volute casing made of GG25 cast iron (UNI ISO 185), shaft made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Impeller made of GG25 cast iron, dynamically balanced, with axial thrust compensation via balancing holes. Carbon/silicon carbide mechanical seal with EPDM O-rings in accordance with DIN 24960.

Enclosed asynchronous motor with external cooling, B3/B5 construction. IP 55 protection rating, F insulation class (155 °C). Power supply: 230/400 V (up to 2.2 kW), 400 V (above 2.2 kW).

Suitable for horizontal and vertical installation (motor always at the top). Fluid temperature -10 °C to +140 °C, max. operating pressure 16 bar.

What is the difference between NKP-G 32 and NKM-G 32?

Both have a DN 32 discharge and the same hydraulics in accordance with DIN-EN 733. NKP-G 32 has a 2-pole motor (2 900 rpm), delivering higher head at a lower flow rate. NKM-G 32 has a 4-pole motor (1 450 rpm), ensuring quieter operation and less wear. Choose NKM-G 32 for HVAC and circulation, and NKP-G 32 for pressure applications.

What is the difference between NKP-G 32 and KDN 32?

NKP-G 32 features a monobloc design – the motor is directly coupled to the pump, making it compact. KDN 32 is a baseplate-mounted design with a flexible coupling – it allows you to choose the motor, is easier to service and is available in higher power ratings. The hydraulic section is identical.
