NKP-G 40 is a standardized horizontal single-stage pump compliant with DIN-EN 733, in a monobloc design with a 2-pole motor (2 900 rpm). Nominal discharge nozzle diameter DN 40, suction nozzle diameter DN 65. PN 16 flanged connection to DIN 2533.
Volute casing made of GG25 cast iron (UNI ISO 185), shaft made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Impeller made of GG25 cast iron, dynamically balanced, with axial thrust compensation. Carbon/silicon carbide mechanical seal with EPDM O-rings to DIN 24960.
Enclosed asynchronous motor with external cooling. IP 55 protection rating, F insulation class. Power supply 230/400 V (up to 2,2 kW), 400 V (above 2,2 kW). Suitable for horizontal and vertical installation. Fluid temperature -10 °C to +140 °C, max. operating pressure 16 bar.

Both have a DN 40 discharge and identical hydraulics. NKP-G 40 (2 900 rpm) delivers a higher head – up to 95 m. NKM-G 40 (1 450 rpm) runs more quietly and has less wear, but delivers a head of up to 23 m. Choose NKM-G for HVAC and circulation, and NKP-G for pressure applications.
