NKP-G 80 is a standardized horizontal single-stage pump compliant with DIN-EN 733, in a monobloc design with a 2-pole motor (2,900 rpm). Nominal discharge port diameter DN 80, suction port diameter DN 100. Flanged connection PN 16 according to DIN 2533.
The volute casing is made of GG25 cast iron (UNI ISO 185), and the shaft is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The impeller is made of GG25 cast iron and dynamically balanced. Carbon/silicon carbide mechanical seal with EPDM O-rings in accordance with DIN 24960. Enclosed asynchronous motor, IP 55, class F. Fluid temperature -10 °C to +140 °C, max. operating pressure 16 bar.
NKP-G 80 is the largest model in the NKP-G range and is designed for applications requiring high flow rates. With DN 80/100 connections, it handles fluid volumes beyond the capacity of smaller models. 5 models are available in two casing sizes (160 and 200).

The NKP-G 80 (2 900 rpm) delivers a head of up to 48 m and is designed for pressure applications. The NKM-G 80 (1 450 rpm) has a head of up to 41 m, but runs more quietly, experiences less wear and delivers higher flow rates, making it suitable for circulation circuits and HVAC systems in large buildings.
DN 80 with a DN 100 suction port is a large hydraulic design intended for high flow rates. Smaller motors would not be able to drive impellers of this size efficiently. For lower power ratings with DN 80, the NKM-G 80 (4-pole, from 4 kW) is a suitable choice.
