Monocanal 100/4 is a submersible pump with a single-channel open impeller and a DN 100 PN 16 discharge flange. The four-pole motor (1 450 rpm) ensures quiet operation and a long service life. Five variants ranging from 1,7 to 5,5 kW cover a wide range of applications, from medium-sized pumping stations to large municipal wastewater treatment plants.
The range is divided into two design groups:
Compact version (C.243–C.245) - solids passage of 75 mm, power output of 1,7–3 kW. Suitable for medium-sized pumping stations and smaller wastewater treatment plants.
High-power version (C.255–C.256) - solids passage of 90 mm, power output of 4–5,5 kW. For main pumping stations with higher flow-rate and passage requirements.
Main components are made of GG25 cast iron. Shaft made of AISI 420, chain ring made of AISI 416. Double mechanical seal - motor side ceramic/graphite (CA/CE/Viton), wet side silicon carbide (SiC/SiC/Viton). A seal leakage detector and AISI 316 cable entry compliant with ATEX EN 60079 are standard equipment.
IP 68 protection rating, maximum submersion depth of 20 m, medium temperature up to 40 °C, pH 6–10. 10 m cable.

The compact variants (C.243–245) have a free passage of 75 mm and a power rating of 1,7–3 kW - for medium-sized installations. The high-performance variants (C.255–256) have a free passage of 90 mm and a power rating of 4–5,5 kW - for higher flow rates and coarser debris. The high-performance version has a more robust design (103–108 kg vs 73–75,5 kg).
Monocanal 100/4 has a monochannel impeller with a cutting edge - it is designed for fluids containing fibrous debris (textiles, grass, paper). VT 100/4 has a vortex impeller with a larger free passage (90–100 mm) and a higher flow rate (up to 210 m³/h), but no cutting edge. Choose Monocanal 100/4 for fibrous materials and VT 100/4 for coarse sludge without fibres.
