Flat seal bender

Flat gasket cutters allow for the cutting of gaskets directly at the workplace from rubber sheets, non-asbestos sealing materials, expanded graphite, or other flat materials – including metal-reinforced sheets. There is no need to wait for the delivery of non-standard sizes, and precise adherence to dimensions is guaranteed by the mechanical guidance of the tool. Both models – V500 and V1200 – are portable, low-maintenance, and can be clamped in a vice or attached to a workbench.

The V500 and V1200 hole cutters are designed for soft and semi-rigid sealing materials: rubber (all common types), asbestos-free sealing sheets (fiber rubber, aramid), expanded graphite including versions with metal reinforcement, and other flat sealing materials. They are not intended for metal gaskets or hard metals.

The choice depends on the range of diameters you need to cut. V500 covers diameters from 40 to 500 mm and is more compact (6 kg) – suitable for most standard flange gaskets. V1200 handles diameters from 80 to 1,200 mm and is designed for large industrial flanges, access holes, and vessels. If you regularly work with diameters over 500 mm, opt for the V1200.

Yes. Spare circular knives, support wheels, and other spare parts for both models are available in stock and can be ordered online. We recommend keeping a supply of spare knives at your workplace – their replacement is quick and significantly extends the life of the hole cutter.
