NKM-G 100 is a standardized horizontal single-stage pump in accordance with DIN-EN 733, in a close-coupled design with a 4-pole motor (1,450 rpm). Nominal discharge port diameter DN 100, suction port diameter DN 125. Flanged connection PN 16 in accordance with DIN 2533.
Volute casing made of GG25 cast iron (UNI ISO 185), shaft made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Impeller made of GG25 cast iron, dynamically balanced. Carbon/silicon carbide mechanical seal with EPDM O-rings in accordance with DIN 24960.
Totally enclosed asynchronous motor with external cooling. Protection rating IP 55, insulation class F. Power supply 400 V. Fluid temperature -10 °C to +140 °C, max. operating pressure 16 bar.
NKM-G 100 is a large industrial pump for high-flow applications. DN 100/125 enables the pumping of large volumes of liquid while benefiting from the quiet operation of a 4-pole motor. In the NKM-G close-coupled range, it is available only as a 4-pole version – the 2-pole NKP-G in DN 100 is not manufactured.

No. In the monobloc design, DN 100 is available only as the 4-pole NKM-G 100. For a 2-pole motor with DN 100, use the KDN 100 mounted on a baseplate.
The NKM-G 100 in the monobloc design is more compact and easier to install. The KDN 100, mounted on a baseplate, allows you to choose the motor, is easier to service, and offers outputs of up to 132 kW – choose it for special requirements or higher outputs.
