NKM-G 32 is a standardized horizontal single-stage pump in accordance with DIN-EN 733, featuring a monobloc design and a 4-pole motor (1 450 rpm). Nominal discharge nozzle diameter DN 32, suction nozzle diameter DN 50. Flanged connection PN 16 in accordance with DIN 2533.
Volute casing made of GG25 cast iron (UNI ISO 185), shaft made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Impeller made of GG25 cast iron, dynamically balanced, with axial thrust compensation. Carbon/silicon carbide mechanical seal with EPDM O-rings in accordance with DIN 24960.
Enclosed asynchronous motor with external cooling. Protection rating IP 55, insulation class F. Power supply 230/400 V. Fluid temperature -10 °C to +140 °C, max. operating pressure 16 bar. The lower speed ensures quieter operation and a longer service life compared with the 2-pole NKP-G 32.

Both have a DN 32 discharge and identical hydraulics in accordance with DIN-EN 733. The NKM-G 32 (1 450 rpm) offers quieter operation and less wear – ideal for circulation and HVAC applications. The NKP-G 32 (2 900 rpm) achieves a higher head of up to 96 m – for pressure applications.
