NKM-G 150 is a standardized horizontal single-stage pump in accordance with DIN-EN 733, in a monobloc design with a 4-pole motor (1,450 rpm). Nominal discharge nozzle diameter DN 150, suction nozzle diameter DN 200. Flange connection PN 10 according to DIN 2532 (unlike the smaller models, which have PN 16).
Volute casing made of GG25 cast iron (UNI ISO 185), shaft made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Impeller made of GG25 cast iron, dynamically balanced. Carbon/silicon carbide mechanical seal with EPDM O-rings in accordance with DIN 24960.
Totally enclosed, fan-cooled asynchronous motor. Protection rating IP 55, insulation class F. Power supply 400 V. Fluid temperature -10 °C to +140 °C, max. operating pressure 10 bar (DN 200 suction).
NKM-G 150 is the largest model in the entire NKM-G range. With DN 150/200 connections, it delivers maximum flow rates at very low flow velocities in the piping. It is supplied as the only model with a Ø 218 impeller and an 11 kW motor.

DN 150/200 uses PN 10 flanges in accordance with DIN 2532 (maximum operating pressure 10 bar). Smaller NKM-G models (DN 32–125) have PN 16 DIN 2533 flanges with a maximum pressure of 16 bar. This difference must be taken into account when sizing the piping.
No. In monobloc design, DN 150 is available only as the 4-pole NKM-G 150. For higher outputs or a 2-pole configuration, use the KDN 150 on a baseplate.
The NKM-G 150 covers a specific duty point with DN 150/200 and an impeller Ø 218. For a wider range of head or flow rates in DN 150, consider the KDN 150 on a baseplate, which allows you to choose the motor and configuration.
