NKM-G 40 is a standardized horizontal single-stage pump in accordance with DIN-EN 733, in a monoblock design with a 4-pole motor (1,450 rpm). Nominal discharge nozzle diameter DN 40, suction nozzle diameter DN 65. PN 16 flange connection in accordance with DIN 2533.
Volute casing made of GG25 cast iron (UNI ISO 185), shaft made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Impeller made of GG25 cast iron, dynamically balanced. Carbon/silicon carbide mechanical seal with EPDM O-rings in accordance with DIN 24960.
Totally enclosed asynchronous motor with external cooling. Protection rating IP 55, insulation class F. Power supply 230/400 V (up to 2.2 kW), 400 V (over 2.2 kW). Fluid temperature -10 °C to +140 °C, max. operating pressure 16 bar.
NKM-G 40 offers 9 models in 4 casing sizes (125, 160, 200, 250) – one of the widest ranges in the NKM-G series for precise duty point selection.

Both have a DN 40 discharge connection and identical hydraulics. The NKM-G 40 (1 450 rpm) offers quieter operation and a head of up to 23 m – ideal for HVAC and circulation applications. The NKP-G 40 (2 900 rpm) achieves a head of up to 95 m – for pressure applications.
