NKM-G 80 is a standardised horizontal single-stage pump in accordance with DIN-EN 733, in a monobloc design with a 4-pole motor (1,450 rpm). Nominal discharge nozzle diameter DN 80, suction nozzle diameter DN 100. Flanged connection PN 16 in accordance with DIN 2533.
Volute casing made of GG25 cast iron (UNI ISO 185), shaft made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Impeller made of GG25 cast iron, dynamically balanced. Carbon/silicon carbide mechanical seal with EPDM O-rings in accordance with DIN 24960.
Enclosed asynchronous motor with external cooling. Protection rating IP 55, insulation class F. Power supply 230/400 V (up to 2.2 kW), 400 V (above 2.2 kW). Fluid temperature -10 °C to +140 °C, max. operating pressure 16 bar.
NKM-G 80 offers 10 models in 4 casing sizes (160, 200, 250, 315). Combining DN 80 with a 4-pole motor, it delivers high flow rates with quiet operation – ideal for large HVAC systems and industrial distribution networks.

Both have a DN 80 discharge and identical hydraulics. The NKM-G 80 (1 450 rpm) offers quieter operation, higher flow rates and a head of up to 41 m – ideal for HVAC and industrial piping systems. The NKP-G 80 (2 900 rpm) achieves a head of up to 48 m, but is noisier and subject to greater wear.
The monobloc NKM-G 80 is more compact and easier to install. The KDN 80, mounted on a baseplate, allows you to choose the motor, is easier to service and offers power ratings up to 132 kW – choose it for special requirements or higher power ratings.
