Product description

KDN 50 (1 450 rpm) is a standardized horizontal single-stage pump in accordance with DIN-EN 733, supplied mounted on a baseplate with a flexible coupling. Nominal discharge nozzle diameter DN 50, suction nozzle diameter DN 65. Flanged connection PN 16 in accordance with DIN 2533.

Volute casing made of GG25 cast iron (UNI ISO 185), shaft made of AISI 420 stainless steel. Impeller made of GG25 cast iron, dynamically balanced. Standard carbon/silicon carbide mechanical seal with Viton O-rings in accordance with DIN 24960. Gland packing (PTFE-impregnated ramie) available on request.

Available as a hydraulic section / wet end (bare shaft), a pump on a baseplate without a motor, or a complete unit with motor. 4-pole (1 450 rpm). Fluid temperature -10 °C to +140 °C, max. operating pressure 16 bar.

The hydraulic section is identical. The KDN 50 (1 450 rpm), mounted on a baseplate, allows you to choose the motor, offers easy servicing and delivers power up to 30 kW. The NKP-G 50 (enbloc, 2P) offers a maximum of 40 kW, while the NKM-G 50 (enbloc, 4P) offers a maximum of 4 kW. The KDN also features an AISI 420 shaft and Viton seals.
