Product description

KDN 65 (2 900 rpm) is a standardised horizontal single-stage pump in accordance with DIN-EN 733, in a baseplate-mounted design with a flexible coupling. Nominal diameter of the discharge nozzle: DN 65; suction nozzle: DN 80. Flanged connection: PN 16 in accordance with DIN 2533.

Volute casing made of GG25 cast iron (UNI ISO 185), shaft made of AISI 420 stainless steel. Impeller made of GG25 cast iron, dynamically balanced. Standard mechanical seal with carbon/silicon carbide faces and Viton O-rings in accordance with DIN 24960. Gland packing (PTFE-impregnated ramie) available on request.

Available as a hydraulic section / wet end (bare shaft), a pump mounted on a baseplate without a motor, or a complete assembly with motor. Available with a 2-pole motor. Liquid temperature: -10 °C to +140 °C; max. operating pressure: 16 bar.

KDN 65 (2 900 rpm) is available in 4 casing sizes – the widest selection in the KDN range, for precise coverage of duty points from small circulation systems to industrial pressure applications.

The hydraulic end is identical. The KDN 65 (2 900 rpm), mounted on a baseplate, allows you to choose the motor and is available with 5 casing sizes (including 315, which is not available in the monobloc range). The KDN also features an AISI 420 shaft and Viton seals.

Casing size 315, with its large impellers (Ø 279–309), is designed for high flow rates at lower heads. At 2 900 rpm, the power input would exceed reasonable limits for typical applications. It is available only in the 4-pole version.

KDN pumps come with a 24-month warranty.
