Product description

KDN 80 (1 450 rpm) is a standardized horizontal single-stage pump in accordance with DIN-EN 733, supplied on a baseplate with a flexible coupling. Nominal discharge nozzle diameter DN 80, suction nozzle diameter DN 100. Flange connection PN 16 in accordance with DIN 2533.

Volute casing made of GG25 cast iron (UNI ISO 185), shaft made of AISI 420 stainless steel. Impeller made of GG25 cast iron, dynamically balanced. Standard mechanical seal with carbon/silicon carbide faces and Viton O-rings in accordance with DIN 24960. Gland packing (PTFE-impregnated ramie) available on request.

Available as a hydraulic end / wet end (bare shaft), pump on a baseplate without a motor, or complete assembly with a motor. Casings 160–250 are available with a 4-pole motor. Fluid temperature -10 °C to +140 °C, max. operating pressure 16 bar.

KDN 80 (1 450 rpm) is suitable for applications requiring high flow rates and high heads that the NKP-G/NKM-G close-coupled range cannot cover – especially with motors up to 45 kW.
