XV-F 120 is the first model in the XV-F range with a DN 125 flange—a step up to the highest flow class. A flow rate of up to 160 m³/h (2 667 l/min) and eight configurations by number of stages (1 to 7) cover heads from 10 m to 200 m.
With 11–75 kW motors, the XV-F 120 is designed for the most demanding industrial and infrastructure applications—central water supply stations, high-capacity power plant cooling systems, industrial irrigation systems and fire protection systems for large sites. PN 25–40 flanges; all versions are three-phase 400/690 V.
The hydraulic section is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a GG-20 cast iron casing featuring anti-corrosion treatment. The cartridge mechanical seal (SiC/EPDM) can be replaced without dismantling the hydraulic section.

The XV-F 120 has larger connections (DN 125 vs DN 100), a significantly higher maximum flow rate (160 m³/h vs 120 m³/h) and more powerful motors (up to 75 kW vs 45 kW). Choose the XV-F 120 when you need a higher flow rate or power above 45 kW.
The single-stage 120-1 version, with an 11 kW motor and a delivery head of up to 29 m, is designed for high-flow, low-pressure applications – typically high-capacity water distribution systems or circulation circuits. With the fewest stages, it is the most compact and lightest model in the entire XV-F 120 range.
Yes. The hydraulic section made of AISI 304 stainless steel meets the requirements for contact with drinking water according to ČSN EN 16421. For the food and pharmaceutical industries, we recommend requesting the AISI 316 version.
Yes, DN 125 mating flanges are not included in the standard delivery. We recommend a PN 25 or PN 40 set (depending on the application), including a flat gasket.
From 200 kg (model 120-1) to 751 kg (model 120-7). All models must be handled using a crane or forklift.
XV-F pumps come with a 24-month warranty. Replacement cartridge seals and O-rings are in stock in the Czech Republic – if needed, you can replace them yourself in just a few minutes.
