XV-F 150 is the flagship of the XV-F range – the largest model, with a DN 125 flange and a flow rate of up to 180 m³/h (3 000 l/min), the highest in the entire range. Eight configurations based on the number of stages (1-1 to 6) cover heads from 6 m to 192 m.
With 11–75 kW motors and PN 25–40 flanges, the XV-F 150 is designed for the largest industrial and water utility applications – municipal distribution networks, central cooling circuits at power plants, large-capacity fire protection systems, and industrial process circuits with high flow requirements. All versions are three-phase 400/690 V.
The hydraulic section is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a GG-20 cast iron casing treated for corrosion resistance. The cartridge mechanical seal made of SiC/EPDM can be replaced without dismantling the hydraulic section.

The standard maximum operating head and maximum operating flow rate are highlighted on the chart with a solid line.
Both have DN 125 ports and the same motor range (11–75 kW), but the XV-F 150 offers a higher maximum flow rate (180 m³/h vs. 160 m³/h). The XV-F 120, on the other hand, achieves a slightly higher maximum head (200 m vs. 192 m). Choose the XV-F 150 when maximum flow is the priority; choose the XV-F 120 when you need a higher head.
Variants 150-1-1 (11 kW) and 150-1 (15 kW) both have one stage but differ in motor power. The 150-1-1 is the more economical option for low head (up to 22 m), while the 150-1 offers a higher head (up to 32 m) and a greater operating margin near the edge of the curve.
Yes. The hydraulic section made of AISI 304 stainless steel meets the requirements for contact with drinking water under ČSN EN 16421. For the food and pharmaceutical industries, we recommend requesting the AISI 316 version.
Yes, DN 125 mating flanges are not included in the standard delivery. We recommend a PN 25 or PN 40 set (depending on the application), including a flat gasket.
From 200 kg (variant 150-1-1) to 741 kg (variant 150-6). All variants must be handled using a crane or forklift.
XV-F pumps come with a 24-month warranty. Spare cartridge seals and O-rings are in stock in the Czech Republic – if needed, you can replace them yourself in just a few minutes.
