XV-F 90 is a high-flow model in the XV-F range, featuring a DN 100 flange and a flow rate of up to 120 m³/h (2 000 l/min)—the second-highest flow rate in the entire XV-F range. Seven configurations based on the number of stages (2-2 to 6) cover heads from 8 m to 184 m.
With 11–45 kW motors and PN 16–25–40 flanges, the XV-F 90 is designed for large-scale infrastructure and industrial applications, including central water supply, power plant cooling circuits, high-capacity irrigation systems, and fire suppression systems for large industrial complexes. All versions are three-phase 400/690 V.
The hydraulic section is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel; the casing is made of GG-20 cast iron with anti-corrosion treatment. The cartridge mechanical seal in SiC/EPDM can be replaced without dismantling the hydraulic section.

The standard maximum operating head and maximum operating flow rate are highlighted on the chart with a solid line.
Both have a DN 100 port and the same motor range (11–45 kW), but the XV-F 90 offers a significantly higher maximum flow rate (120 m³/h vs. 85 m³/h). On the other hand, the XV-F 64 achieves a higher maximum head (223 m vs. 184 m). Choose the XV-F 90 when flow rate is the priority; choose the XV-F 64 when head is the priority.
The number after the hyphen indicates the number of stages; the “-2” suffix denotes a design variant with a lower-powered motor and more compact dimensions. For example, the 90-2-2 has 2 stages and an 11 kW motor, while the 90-2 also has 2 stages but a 15 kW motor. Choose according to the required duty point.
Yes. The AISI 304 stainless steel hydraulic section meets the requirements for contact with drinking water under ČSN EN 16421. For the food and pharmaceutical industries, we recommend requesting the AISI 316 version.
Yes, DN 100 mating flanges are not included in the standard delivery. We recommend a PN 25 or PN 40 set (depending on the application), together with a flat gasket.
From 164 kg (90-2-2 variant) to 425 kg (90-6 variant). Allow for handling with a crane or forklift during installation for all variants.
XV-F pumps come with a 24-month warranty. Replacement cartridge seals and O-rings are stocked in the Czech Republic – if needed, you can replace them yourself in just a few minutes.
