Product description

XV-F 45 is a high-performance model in the XV-F range by SACI pumps, with a DN 80 flange and a flow rate of up to 58 m³/h (967 l/min). Eight configurations based on the number of stages (2 to 13-2) cover a head range from 29 m up to 330 m – the highest head in the entire XV-F range.

With 7.5–45 kW motors and PN 16–25–40 flanges, the XV-F 45 is designed for demanding industrial applications – large booster stations, fire-fighting systems in high-rise buildings, boiler feed systems and high-pressure process circuits. All versions are three-phase 400/690 V.

The hydraulic section is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a GG-20 cast iron casing featuring anti-corrosion treatment. The cartridge mechanical seal with SiC/EPDM can be replaced without dismantling the hydraulic section.

What is the difference between the XV-F 32 and XV-F 45?

The XV-F 45 has larger ports (DN 80 vs DN 65), a higher maximum flow rate (58 m³/h vs 40 m³/h) and a significantly higher maximum head (330 m vs 278 m). Motors are available up to 45 kW. Choose the XV-F 45 when you need a higher flow rate, greater head or a more powerful drive.

What do the designations “45-9-2” and “45-13-2” mean?

The number after the hyphen indicates the number of stages; the “-2” suffix denotes a version with a modified design (a different D3 diameter and stage arrangement). Operating parameters are listed in the table – choose a pump based on the required duty point.

Is the XV-F 45 suitable for drinking water?

Yes. The hydraulic section made of AISI 304 stainless steel meets the requirements for contact with drinking water under ČSN EN 16421. For food and pharmaceutical applications, we recommend requesting the AISI 316 version.

Do I need counterflanges for the pump?

Yes, DN 80 counterflanges are not included in the standard delivery. We recommend a PN 25 or PN 40 set (depending on the application), including a flat gasket.

How much does the XV-F 45 weigh?

From 121 kg (45-2 version) to 434 kg (45-13-2 version). For larger versions, allow for crane or forklift handling during installation.

What is the warranty?

XV-F pumps come with a 24-month warranty. Replacement cartridge seals and O-rings are stocked in the Czech Republic – if needed, you can replace them yourself in just a few minutes.
