Product description

XV-F 20 is a more powerful alternative to the XV-F 15, with the same DN 50 connections, but a higher flow rate of up to 28 m³/h (467 l/min) and more powerful motors rated at 5.5–18.5 kW. Five configurations, with 5 to 17 stages, cover delivery heads from 37 m up to 250 m—the highest delivery head in the entire DN 50 size class.

All variants are three-phase only: 20-5 and 20-7 run on 400 V, while variants 20-10 and above run on 400/690 V. With a higher flow rate than the XV-F 15, the XV-F 20 is the right choice for applications with greater demand, such as pressure boosting stations in larger buildings, industrial cooling systems and more demanding boiler rooms.

The entire hydraulic section is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the casing is made of GG-20 cast iron with anti-corrosion treatment. The cartridge mechanical seal, made of SiC/EPDM, can be replaced without dismantling the hydraulic section.

Both have DN 50 ports, but the XV-F 20 offers a higher maximum flow rate (28 m³/h vs. 22 m³/h) and more powerful motors (5.5–18.5 kW vs. 4–15 kW). If your duty point falls within the XV-F 15’s operating range, choose that model – it will be more energy-efficient. Choose the XV-F 20 when you need a higher flow rate or additional capacity.

No. The XV-F 20 is manufactured exclusively in three-phase versions – models 20-5 and 20-7 at 400 V, and models 20-10 to 20-17 at 400/690 V. Single-phase versions are available for the XV-F 5 and XV-F 10 models.

Yes. Its hydraulic section, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, meets the requirements for contact with drinking water under ČSN EN 16421. For food and pharmaceutical applications, we recommend requesting the AISI 316 version.

Yes, DN 50 counter-flanges are not included in the standard delivery. We recommend a PN 25 set – or we can add one to your enquiry.

Yes. The IE3 motor, with IP-55 protection and epoxy-impregnated windings, is designed for operation with a variable frequency drive. Choose a drive to match the power rating of the selected model (5.5–18.5 kW).

XV-F pumps come with a 24-month warranty. Replacement cartridge seals and O-rings are in stock in the Czech Republic – if needed, you can replace them yourself in just a few minutes.
