Product description

XV-F 64 is the first model in the XV-F range with a DN 100 flange—the step up to the high-flow class. Flow rates of up to 85 m³/h (1 417 l/min) and seven configurations by number of stages (2 to 8-1) cover heads from 33 m to 223 m.

With 11–45 kW motors and PN 16–25–40 flanges, XV-F 64 is designed for large-scale industrial and infrastructure applications—central booster stations, high-capacity cooling circuits, municipal water supply systems and fire protection systems for large sites. All versions are three-phase 400/690 V.

The hydraulic section is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a GG-20 cast iron casing featuring anti-corrosion treatment. The cartridge mechanical seal in SiC/EPDM can be replaced without dismantling the hydraulic section.

What is the difference between XV-F 45 and XV-F 64?

The XV-F 64 has a larger connection (DN 100 vs DN 80), a significantly higher maximum flow rate (85 m³/h vs 58 m³/h) and a wider range of motor ratings (11–45 kW). Choose the XV-F 64 when you need a higher flow rate – for example, for central booster stations serving large facilities or for large-capacity cooling circuits.

What do designations such as “64-3-1” and “64-4-2” mean?

The number after the hyphen indicates the number of stages; the suffix “-1” or “-2” identifies a design variant with a different stage arrangement and dimensions (D3 diameter). Operating parameters are shown in the table – choose the model that meets your duty point requirements.

Is the XV-F 64 suitable for drinking water?

Yes. The hydraulic section is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and meets the requirements for contact with drinking water under ČSN EN 16421. For food and pharmaceutical applications, we recommend enquiring about the AISI 316 version.

Do I need counterflanges for the pump?

Yes, DN 100 counterflanges are not included in the standard delivery. We recommend a PN 25 or PN 40 set (depending on the application), together with a flat gasket.

What is the weight of the XV-F 64?

From 149 kg (64-2 version) to 412 kg (64-8-1 version). For all versions, plan to use a crane or forklift for handling during installation.

What is the warranty?

XV-F pumps come with a 24-month warranty. Replacement cartridge seals and O-rings are stocked in the Czech Republic – if needed, you can replace them yourself in just a few minutes.
