XV-F 32 is the first model in the XV-F range with a DN 65 flange—a step up to a higher flow class compared with the DN 50 connection on the XV-F 15 and XV-F 20 models. A flow rate of up to 40 m³/h (667 l/min) and seven configurations by number of stages (3 to 14) cover heads from 29 m to 278 m.
With 5.5–30 kW motors and PN 16–25–40 flanges, the XV-F 32 is designed for medium-sized and large industrial applications, including booster stations in office complexes, boiler feed, fire-fighting systems and cooling circuits. All versions are three-phase 400/690 V.
The hydraulic section is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the casing is made of GG-20 cast iron with anti-corrosion treatment. The cartridge mechanical seal (SiC/EPDM) can be replaced without dismantling the hydraulic section.

The XV-F 32 has larger ports (DN 65 vs DN 50), a higher maximum flow rate (40 m³/h vs 28 m³/h), more powerful motors (up to 30 kW) and flanges rated up to PN 40 (vs PN 25). Choose the XV-F 32 when you need a higher flow rate or an operating pressure above 25 bar.
The XV-F 32 covers a very wide head range (29–278 m), so it offers 7 stage configurations – from the light-duty 32-3 (3 stages, 5.5 kW) to the high-performance 32-14 (14 stages, 30 kW). This lets you match the duty point more precisely without unnecessary oversizing.
Yes. The hydraulic section made of AISI 304 stainless steel meets the requirements for contact with drinking water in accordance with ČSN EN 16421. For the food and pharmaceutical industries, we recommend requesting the AISI 316 version.
Yes, DN 65 counter-flanges are not included in the standard delivery. We recommend a PN 25 or PN 40 set (depending on the application), including a flat gasket.
Yes. The IE3 motor, with IP-55 protection and epoxy-impregnated windings, is designed for operation with a variable frequency drive. Select the drive according to the output of the chosen version (5.5–30 kW).
We provide a 24-month warranty on XV-F pumps. Replacement cartridge seals and O-rings are in stock in the Czech Republic – if needed, you can replace them yourself in just a few minutes.
