Product description

XV-F 15 is the mid-range model in SACI pumps’ XV-F series—a vertical multistage centrifugal pump with an in-line DN 50 flange and a flow rate of up to 22 m³/h (367 l/min). Five configurations, with 5 to 17 stages, cover delivery heads from 40 m to 237 m.

It is the first size in the XV-F series to offer 400/690 V power supply on the higher-output variants (15-14 and 15-17), making it suitable for industrial switchboards with higher voltages. The smaller variants (15-5 to 15-9) operate at the standard 400 V. A 230 V single-phase version of the XV-F 15 is not available.

The hydraulic section is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the casing is made of GG-20 cast iron with anti-corrosion treatment. The cartridge mechanical seal, made of SiC/EPDM, can be replaced without dismantling the hydraulic section.

The XV-F 15 has a larger connection (DN 50 vs DN 40), a higher maximum flow rate (22 m³/h vs 12 m³/h) and more powerful motors (4–15 kW). It is designed for medium-sized pressure booster stations, boiler rooms and industrial applications where the XV-F 10 is not sufficient.

No. The XV-F 15 is manufactured exclusively in a three-phase version – variants 15-5 to 15-9 at 400 V, and variants 15-14 and 15-17 at 400/690 V. Single-phase versions are available in the smaller XV-F 5 and XV-F 10 models.

Variants 15-14 and 15-17 have a motor with dual windings. When connected in star (Y), they operate at 400 V; when connected in delta (Δ), at 690 V. The choice depends on your switchboard configuration.

Yes. The hydraulic section made of AISI 304 stainless steel meets the requirements for contact with drinking water under ČSN EN 16421. For food and pharmaceutical applications, we recommend requesting the AISI 316 version.

Yes, DN 50 counter-flanges are not included in the standard delivery. We recommend the PN 25 set – you can find it in our Accessories category, or we can add it to your inquiry.

We provide a 24-month warranty on XV-F pumps. Replacement cartridge seals and O-rings are in stock in the Czech Republic – if needed, you can replace them yourself in just a few minutes.
